They are particularly tasty with tomato sauce, or seasoned with vegetable sauces, such as courgettes, aubergines and peppers. Also excellent with quick oil, garlic and chilli pepper dressings, or with fish and shellfish sauces.
After having seasoned them, they are particularly tasty if tossed in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
