The history of Pasta Garofalo is all in the pasta, in the knowledge and in the constant search for quality and taste, this allows it to be among the excellences of Italian “author” pasta or more precisely of Gragnano. Gragnano is an ancient village, founded around 89 AD, famous for many centuries for being one of the best places for the production of dry durum wheat pasta. This tradition has very distant origins, which refer us to the time of the Romans.
